Oban Bay has a small boardroom which can accommodate up to six delegates, located on the ground floor of the hotel.
This meeting room can be hired for a half day, full day or series of dates, at very competitive rates. It is perfect for accommodating small dinner parties, meetings, conferences and business dinners.
The conservatory lounge area at the front of the hotel and the restaurant can be hired for private events for larger parties, if booked in advance, at the discretion of the General Manager.
Our lounge is a popular choice for local businesses to utilise for informal meetings followed by a working lunch in our restaurant. If you let us know in advance we can allocate you a table away from our other guests to allow you some privacy for your meeting.
There are a number of activity companies based in the area who we work with when organising corporate incentive and away days. We provide the accommodation and catering and then your guests will go off site to enjoy their activity.
Our Sonas Spa is another popular feature with our business clients, again we can tailor make a package to suit your individual requirements should you be looking to reward or incentivise your teams.
We do work with larger purpose built conference venues in Oban, so please advise if you have outsourced your meeting and require accommodation at our hotel, as we will be happy to offer you access to our business rates.
Alternatively, you may wish to hold your meeting at our sister hotel on the Isle of Mull – its only a short ferry ride away and we can combine a package using facilities across both hotels to provide you with a seamless solution.
