Please note that all treatment times include a medical consultation.

Please take a shower before entering the facilities.

Please wear swimwear at all times while in the spa thermal areas.

Please keep mobile phone usage to a minimum while in the spa and refrain from playing your own music.

No photography is permitted within the changing rooms.

Pregnant women should take advice from a healthcare professional before using spa facilities.

Please allow others to use facilities so that all guests get the most out of their day.

Take regular breaks from Thermal Experience and stay hydrated during your time in the spa.

Thermal Experience Fobs – there is a £10 charge on all lost or misplaced fobs. This will be charged to the pre-authorisation card at the time of check-in

We recommend removing jewellery before entering the spa facilities in case of damage or loss.

Please keep any valuables in the lockers provided.
