Things To Do on Isle of Mull
Things to do and woodland walks near the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa, in Craignure Bay, near Oban, West Coast of Scotland, West Highlands, recommended by staff.
There is a wealth of activities on offer and things to do in the local area so we’re a popular destination for activity holidays with family and friends, romantic weekends away and corporate away days.
We’re in a secluded location on the Isle of Mull in the Inner Hebrides. Some of the best activities available take advantage of this unique position, from fishing and golf to mountain biking, cycling tours and sailing trips, among others. Great for fun and game outdoors….just be sure to pack sturdy footwear and your waterproof jacket.
Keen walkers will want to conquer the challenging Ben More, the island’s only Munro, around three miles from the hotel. Or take a more relaxed approach on one of the many local woodland walks.
There are also some truly stunning beaches to explore. With crystal clear waters and white sand, on clear days they’re among the best beaches anywhere in the UK. Calgary beach is the most popular but there are lots of others to choose from…and if you’re lucky, you’ll even spot dolphins swimming off shore. Discover your own Highlands paradise just minutes from the hotel…

Mull is a great place for true relaxation and leaving your worries behind. After rambling through glens past cascading waterfalls and pristine white beaches, you’ll feel invigorated and (understandably) a wee bit in love with our island…we won’t blame you.
