Historical Site - Elgin Cathedral Established in 1224 by Alexander II. Much of the work is in a late 13th century style and is the most notable example of this rich heritage. It's said that this superb ruin was Scotland's most beautiful cathedral.
Attraction - Elgin Museum Founded in 1836 the Museum houses many important collections of Archaeology, Science, Art, Natural History, Geology, Ethnography and Social History. It is best known for pictish stones, showcasing the Picts and their fascinating symbols carved in stone.
