Thanks to the General Manager, Carolyne and Hamish and his team, I am on the way to getting fit! I have a huge mountain to climb before I reach the mountains in the North of Thailand! I am going on a water project to assist the Karen Hill Tribe and my fitness levels at the moment are a bit worrying. The club have said that they will support me until I leave and I cannot thank them enough for their generosity. It is a great club with great facilities in a good location. Thank you!
