Join us for a gourmet and wine mini break at Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa this winter. Arrive Friday and take a leisurely walk in the surrounding woodland or spend some time in the pool and Jacuzzi. Our Executive Chef, Debra Rhodes, has created a sumptuous menu for you to enjoy Saturday evening in the AA Rosette acclaimed Lakeside Restaurant. Each course on the menu will be accompanied by a specially selected wine and a representative from Inverarity Vaults, our renowned wine merchant, will be on hand to introduce you to the wine choices.

Ilkley brewery mountain bike ride covers approximately 40 miles, of mainly off-road mountain biking over two days, using bridleways and quiet lanes on this is a fully guided trail.

Friday 28th May: Meet and greet in the evening at Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa with dinner served in the Lakeside Restaurant.
Saturday 29th May 9.30am - Start moutain bike ride to Ilkley, using lanes and bridleways, taking you over Baildon moor, dropping down into the picturesque town of Ilkley, followed by tour of Ilkley Brewery. You will then be picked up and transferred back to the hotel for dinner in the Lakeside Restaurant.
Sunday 30th May 9.30am - Start mountain bike ride back to Esholt village, home of Emmerdale and a visit to the famous Woolpack. Transfer back to the hotel for departure mid afternoon.
