Rasul Mud Room - £40 per couple
Inspired by ancient Egyptian bathing, mud is applied to the skin to exfoliate and nourish. Mud therapy is bursting with minerals to cleanse and purify the skin leaving it soft and moisturised. Apply the mud and then sit in the warm mud room, which culminates with a hot shower that exfoliates your skin and induces a feeling of pure relaxation. A session in the Rasul Mud Room will help to eliminate toxins and leave your body feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Please note that the Rasul Mud Room is only available in the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa.

Reiki- 1 hour £90: 45 minutes - £45
Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing technique that promotes harmony and well-being in the areas of imbalance in your life. Reiki is a system of natural healing which can be carried out with hands on or above the body. This treatment is given fully clothed and is gentle and non-invasive.

Ear Candles 40 minutes - £30
A natural and relaxing therapy used traditionally by the Hopi Indians. This treatment is completely painless and helps to rebalance the ear by drawing out impurities. Ear candles have a purely physical function. A light suction action and the movement of the flame create a vibration of air in the ear canal, generating a massage-like effect on the eardrum.
