Prices shown on the website vary from a per room to a per person, per break basis and are inclusive of VAT. All offers are subject to availability. Standard rates include full Scottish or English breakfast, unless otherwise stated. Other meals may be included in special promotional rates: this will be indicated.

Family rooms
Family rooms are available at a number of our hotels - please call your chosen hotel directly if you are unable to find a family room online, and we  will be happy to check availability for you. Our hotels can also provide use of cots free of charge.

All Crerar Hotels are committed to providing guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and event spaces are non-smoking. 

Rooms for customers with disabilities
Some of our hotels have rooms that are specially adapted for customers with disabilities, please call the hotel of your choice to check availability. Alternatively, if you have difficulty walking but do not require a specially adapted room, you may request a room on the ground floor near reception for easier access. We will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, however all rooms are subject to availability.

Arrival and check out
Rooms are available from 3.00pm on the arrival date. Please let your chosen hotel know if you are likely to arrive after 9.00pm. You are requested to vacate your room by 11.00am on the day of departure. If you require more detailed directions to your chosen hotel, please call the hotel directly and a team member will be pleased to help you.

We are pleased to welcome pets to Crerar Hotels at a minimal charge of £10 per pet, per night. Please advise your chosen hotel at the time of reservation should you wish to bring a pet into the hotel.

Cancellation within 48 hours of your stay:
If you cancel your holiday within 48 hours of your stay you will be charged the cost of the first night. There is no cancellation charge prior to 48 hours before 3pm on day of expected arrival.

All reservations require a credit or debit card guarantee, to be given at the time of booking. Payment is expected be made on arrival at the hotel.

Reservations made on special offers or sales require full payment at time of booking, please note this payment is non-refundable.

Crerar Hotels are pleased to accept payment by debit card with MasterCard debit, Visa debit, Maestro, and Delta being free of charge.

We also accept payment by MasterCard credit cards, Visa Credit and American Express all of which incur a £2.50 administration charge.

Your Personal Details
Your personal details will not be sold on or passed on to third parties. Your credit card details are not kept in any form and are securely deleted after the booking is confirmed.

Individual Bookings:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge. Failure to cancel will incur the full charge of the appointment made.

Group Bookings (3 or more persons) & Package Days:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge. Failure to cancel will incur the full charge of the appointments made.

The management reserve the right to alter any treatment or price at any time without prior notice.
