Prices
Prices are per room, unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of VAT. All offers are subject to availability. Standard rates include full Scottish or English breakfast, unless otherwise stated. Other meals may be included in special promotional rates: this will be indicated.

Family rooms
Family rooms are available at a number of our hotels - please call your chosen hotel directly and they will be happy to check availability for you. Our hotels can also provide cots at free of charge.

All Crerar Hotels are totally non smoking.

Rooms for customers with disabilities
Some of our hotels have rooms that are specially adapted for customers with disabilities, please call the hotel of your choice to check availability. Alternatively, if you have difficulty walking but do not require a specially adapted room, you may request a room on the ground floor near reception for easier access. We will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, however all rooms are subject to availability.

Arrival and Check out
Rooms are available from 3.00pm on the arrival date. Please let your chosen hotel know if you are likely to arrive after 9.00pm. You are requested to vacate your room by 11.00am on the day of departure. If you require more detailed directions to your chosen hotel, please call the hotel directly and a team member will be pleased to help you.

Pets
We are pleased to welcome pets to Crerar Hotels at a minimal charge of £10 per stay. Please advise your chosen hotel at the time of reservation should you wish to bring a pet into the hotel.

Cancellation
Cancellation within 48 hours of your stay
If you cancel your holiday within 48 hours of your stay you will be charged the cost of the first night.

Cancellation within 24 hours of your stay
If you cancel your holiday within 24 hours of your stay you will be charged the full holiday cost.

Payment
All reservations require a credit or debit card guarantee, to be given at the time of booking. Payment should be made on arrival at the hotel**.

Crerar Hotels are pleased to accept payment by debit card with Visa debit, Maestro and Delta being free of charge.

We also accept payment by MasterCard debit and credit cards, Visa credit and Amercian Express all of which incur a £2.50 bank administration charge. Accounts of less than £10 can only be settled by cash or debit card.

**Reservations made for the festive period (23rd December 2011 to 1st January 2012) require full payment at time of booking, please note this payment is non refundable.

Your Personal Details
Your personal details will not be sold on or passed on to third parties. Your credit card details are not kept in any form and are securely deleted after the booking is confirmed.

Crerar Hotels Gift For You Discount Vouchers Terms & Conditions (applicable to all vouchers)
1. Accommodation bookings must be for a stay of two nights or more made online at www.crerarhotels.com.
2. Bookings must be made for arrival dates between 2nd January and 31st March 2012 and 1st April and 30th June 2012.
3. At the time of booking please specify in the “Additional Requirements - Comments or Request” field “Crerar Vouchers 2012” to ensure vouchers are redeemable.
4. All purchases must be charged to your room and settled upon departure.
5. To redeem voucher please present at time of checkout/ payment and complete all details on the reverse side.
6. Your web booking reference number can be found on your booking confirmation.
7. Vouchers must be brought with you - no voucher, no discount.
8. Guests are required to leave a swipe of a credit card or debit card at check in, or prepay the room in full, along with a £50 deposit, which is fully refunded when settling bills on departure.
9. Only one voucher of each type can be used per booking reference number.
10. These vouchers are transferable, but are only valid for the dates stated and can only be used in conjunction with a two night stay or more booked online at www.crerarhotels.com.
11. Vouchers are free, have no cash value, may only be redeemed once, will not be replaced if lost and copies will not be accepted.
12. Each voucher can only be used to claim a reduction in the price of the goods and services purchased and no change will be given.
13. Certain dates may be excluded during the lifetime of this promotion.
14. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or with bookings made through third parties.
15. All bookings under this promotion are subject to availability and the terms and conditions are subject to change.

T&C for £25 Spa Vouchers
1. This voucher provides a discount of up to £25 towards the cost of a spa treatment during your stay, and must be charged to your room (excluding the purchase of spa products).
2. Availability of spa treatments may be limited at busy periods and appointments should be booked direct with the hotel at time of booking to avoid disappointment.
3. These vouchers are transferable but are only valid for the dates stated and can only be used in conjunction with a two night stay or more booked online at www.crerarhotels.com.

T&C for £10 Wine Vouchers
1. This voucher provides a discount of up to £10 towards any bottle of wine purchased with your meals during your stay, and must be charged to your room.
2. These vouchers are transferable but are only valid for the dates stated and can only be used in conjunction with a two night stay or more booked online at www.crerarhotels.com

T&C for £5 Bar Vouchers
1. This voucher provides a discount of up to £5 towards any bar drinks purchased during your stay, and must be charged to your room.
2. These vouchers are transferable but are only valid for the dates stated and can only be used in conjunction with a two night stay or more booked online at www.crerarhotels.com.

T&C for £15 Steak Vouchers
1. This voucher provides a discount of up to £15 towards any steak purchased during your stay, and must be charged to your room.

T&C for £30 Deeside Inn voucher
1. Accommodation bookings must be made online at www.crerarhotels.com and vouchers are valid on stays of two nights or more at The Deeside Inn, Ballater, Royal Deeside.
