Prices are per room, unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of VAT. All offers are subject to availability. Standard rates include full Scottish or English breakfast, unless otherwise stated. Other meals may be included in special promotional rates: this will be indicated.
Family rooms are available at a number of our hotels - please call your chosen hotel directly and they will be happy to check availability for you. Our hotels can also provide cots at free of charge.
All Crerar Hotels are totally non smoking.
Rooms for customers with disabilities
Some of our hotels have rooms that are specially adapted for customers with disabilities, please call the hotel of your choice to check availability. Alternatively, if you have difficulty walking but do not require a specially adapted room, you may request a room on the ground floor near reception for easier access. We will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, however all rooms are subject to availability.
Arrival and check out
Rooms are available from 3.00pm on the arrival date. Please let your chosen hotel know if you are likely to arrive after 9.00pm. You are requested to vacate your room by 11.00am on the day of departure. If you require more detailed directions to your chosen hotel, please call the hotel directly and a team member will be pleased to help you.
Spa Terms & Conditions
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time as you will be required to complete a client medical card. Late arrival may mean a reduced treatment time. All times quoted include treatment, preparation and consultation time.
We advise you to book your spa treatment a minimum of 7 days in advance. Availability of spa treatments may be limited at busy periods and appointments should be booked direct with the hotel at time of booking to avoid disappointment.
Treatments and facilities are not suitable for under 16 year olds.
If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions, have had cancer or have any other medical condition, we advise you to consult a doctor before undertaking any Spa treatment. Some Treatments may only go ahead with the advice from a professional practitioner, please contact the spa for further details.
The Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa is the only Crerar Hotel which currently offers use of a hoist at their swimming pool, for wheelchair users.
We ask that all mobile phones be turned off on entry to spa facilities to ensure peace and tranquillity for all. Correct fitness attire is necessary to use the gymnasium and pool.
Individual Bookings - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge. Failure to cancel will incur the full charge of the appointment made.
Group Bookings (3 or more persons) & Package Days - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge. Failure to cancel will incur the full charge of the appointments made.
The management reserve the right to alter any treatment or price at anytime without prior notice.
We are pleased to welcome pets to Crerar Hotels at a minimal charge of £10 per pet, per night. Please advise your chosen hotel at the time of reservation should you wish to bring a pet into the hotel.
Cancellation within 48 hours of your stay
If you cancel your holiday within 48 hours of your stay you will be charged the cost of the first night.
Cancellation within 24 hours of your stay
If you cancel your holiday within 24 hours of your stay you will be charged the full holiday cost.

All reservations require a credit or debit card guarantee, to be given at the time of booking. Payment should be made on arrival at the hotel**.
Crerar Hotels are pleased to accept payment by debit card with MasterCard debit, Visa debit, Maestro, and Delta being free of charge.
We also accept payment by MasterCard credit cards, Visa Credit and American Express all of which incur a £2.50 administration charge.
**Reservations made for the festive period (23rd December 2013 to 1st January 2014) require full payment at time of booking, please note this payment is non refundable.

Your personal details will not be sold on or passed on to third parties. Your credit card details are not kept in any form and are securely deleted after the booking is confirmed.
