Accessible information & DDA Compliance
Thainstone House is a Palladian manor house and due the nature of the building, guest rooms are inaccessible from the ground floor, with only stair access. For more details on accessibility please contact the hotel direct.

Administration Charge
Pre-paid reservations via the Crerar Hotels website and direct with the hotel incur a £2.00 administration charge per transaction.

Allergies
We ask that when you check in or before ordering, please inform a member of our team if you have a food allergy or intolerance.

Business services and internet access
Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel, including in all guest bedrooms. Fax and photocopying services are also available (at a charge).

Cancellation policy
Standard cancellation policy: 48 hours in advance of the day of arrival. With the exception of pre-paid and non-refundable bookings.

Car parking
Free on-site car parking for up to 60 cars.

Check in and out
Check in: From 3pm
Check out: By 11am

Early check in and check out are available on request. A supplement may be charged subject to availability.

Children and families
A limited number of family rooms are available and children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge.

Currency and credit cards accepted
The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only) and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express). 

The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques.

Fair Fund
By opting to pay a service charge you’re helping us build our “Fair Fund”. This is given back to our whole team, and is available for team members’ personal development opportunities.

Food service

Dinner is served between 6.00pm and 8.30pm in The Green Lady restaurant.  Stockman’s Bar serves food between 5.30pm and 9.00pm, lounge service is available from 9.00am to 6.00pm. A young diner's menus is also available. 

Pets

We are pet friendly and welcome well behaved dogs. Fresh drinking water is available on request.  Dogs are welcome in the guestrooms, reception area and the grounds of the hotel. We just ask that you clean up after your pet for the care of our other guests in the hotel.

Smoking

Thainstone House is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and event spaces are non-smoking.

Special diets
We try and cater for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred for unusual requirements that may involve specialist items to be ordered in advance. Vegetarian options are available in the restaurant on request.

Special occasions

If you are celebrating during your stay, we can help make it memorable. On request, the reception team will be happy to assist with arranging any of the following to make your stay extra special - Champagne, chocolates, flowers and celebration cakes.
