We are supporting “The Year of Food and Drink 2015”. This year will be packed with great food and drink moments and we see this as our opportunity to spotlight, celebrate and promote Scotland's natural larder and quality produce to our guests.

This space is cosy and newly upgraded. The bar is open every evening and serves hot drinks, beverages and light food service options like sandwiches and homemade cakes.
Great wines have been selected for us by our personal master of wines and wine merchant, Tarquin De Burgh, who has been in the wine industry for 23 years. Wines with soul have been selected to fit perfectly with the ‘Heart & Soul’ values that Crerar Hotels stand by. Did you know that Crerar Hotels have our own malt whisky?
As well as a full range of spirits and wines you will of course find many malts from the Speyside Malt Whisky Trail.
The sunroom is a heated space attached to the front of the building, light and airy and perfect during the day to take in the views of the Cairngorms whilst snacking on afternoon tea or something light from the lounge service menu.
The furnishings and surroundings in the public lounges and conservatory are comfortable and warm with bucket style armchairs and cushioned sofas with low mahogany tables. These areas are quiet and welcoming, and for guests that are looking to relax for a few hours in-between the outdoor pursuits of the Cairngorms and countryside area and dining, then here is the place to do just that. Relax with a good book or surf on the internet using the free WiFi.
Light lunches and snacks are available throughout the day such as freshly prepared sandwiches, soups, scones and light bites. Lounge food is served all day in the lounge area. The Cromdale Bar is open in the evenings from 5.30pm to 11.00pm.
