Glencoe Gathering has wheelchair access. Our team is always on hand to offer assistance when needed. 


We ask that when you check in or before ordering, please inform a member of our team if you have a food allergy or intolerance.

Internet access

Free WiFi internet access is available in The Gathering. 

Car parking

Free on site car parking is available.

Children and families

We welcome families, cots and high chairs are available free of charge.

Currency and credit cards accepted

The Gathering accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only), most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express).  The Gathering is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques.

Fair Fund
By opting to pay a service charge you’re helping us build our “Fair Fund”. This is given back to our whole team, and is available for team members’ personal development opportunities.

Food service

The Glencoe Gathering serves food from Noon – 9pm.


We are pet friendly and welcome well behaved dogs to The Glencoe Gathering, fresh drinking water is available on request.  We only request that you clean up after your pet for the care of our other guests in The Gathering and Glencoe Inn.


The Glencoe Gathering is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All public areas and event spaces are non-smoking.

Special diets

We try and cater for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred for unusual requirements that may require specialist items to be ordered in advance. Vegetarian options are available in the restaurant on request.

Special occasions

If you're celebrating during your visit, we can help make it memorable, let us know if we can assist with arranging Champagne, chocolates, flowers and celebration cakes or anything else.
