Is the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa accessible & DDA compliant?

The Isle of Mull Hotel and Spa has level access to our reception, Oran na Mara Bistro and the Sea Deck Lounge Bar. The Driftwood Spa can be accessed via a ramp from the car park.

We have a limited number of bedrooms available on level access, including a wheelchair-accessible room.

Please note that we do not have a lift in the Hotel. Should you have any concerns or requests regarding accessibility please contact the Hotel directly.

Does your hotel cater for guests with allergies?

Please speak to a member of the restaurant team before ordering should you have any food allergies or intolerances. We are able to accommodate special dietary requirements and would be happy to discuss options with you.

Is there WiFi and business services at the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa?

We offer our guests free WiFi access throughout the hotel, including in all guest rooms which also have data ports for an extra boost. For our business guests, we offer photocopying services at an additional charge.

What is your cancellation policy the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa?

Standard Cancellation Policy: Please notify us by 12noon one day prior to your arrival. With the exception of pre-paid and non-refundable bookings.

Do you have car parking?

Yes, we offer ample on-site car parking at our hotel which is free, including limited electric car charging spaces. Electric Vehicle Charging Points are part of the ChargePlace Scotland Network and are charged at 85p per kWh + a £2 connection fee.

What time can I check in and out?

Our check in time is 3pm and our check out time is 11am. Early check in and check out are available on request. A supplement may be charged at £10 per hour.

Do you cater for children and families at the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa?

Yes, we offer a limited number of family friendly rooms and children up to the age of 3 stay free with us while children aged 3 to 12 are welcome on a reduced rate. We also offer cots and high chairs free of charge. Please notify a member of staff and we can arrange these for your family.

What currency and credit cards do you accept?

Our hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only) and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International).

The Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa  is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques.

Advance payments are accepted through the aforementioned methods or via bank transfer. If you would like to pay this way, please speak to our finance department to arrange.

Do your staff accept tips?

Most of our guests now prefer to pay via debit or credit card including a charge for great service. To make this easier we have added an automatic service charge - we’ve made it a default 10% and you can change it to any level you wish including no service charge.

Our teams have always shared service charge and this is no different - every penny you might want to give is shared equally by our teams through our “Fair Fund”. There is no administration cost or anything retained by the company, what you may give is guaranteed to go to 100% to our team.

Service charge is entirely optional, if you would like us to remove it, you need only ask our friendly staff.

What time is food served at your hotel restaurant?

Dinner is served between 6.30pm and 9.00pm in the Òran an Mara Bistro. Our hotel also provides guests with light bites from 10.00am. Young diner’s menu is  available.

Do you welcome dogs?

.Yes, we are a dog friendly hotel and welcome well behaved family dogs to Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa. Fresh drinking water is available on request. Dogs are welcome in the guestrooms, reception area and the grounds of the hotel and we ask that you clean up after your pet for the care of our other guests in the hotel.

We also charge an additional £20 per evening in order to clean up extra dog hairs left behind by your four-legged friend.

Can you smoke at the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa?

Isle of Mull Hotel is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and event spaces are non-smoking.

Does the Òran an Mara Bistro cater for guests with special diets?

Our chefs at the Òran an Mara Bistro strive to cater to all our guests’ dietary requirements. Please notify us in advance of your stay to ensure we can source any specialist ingredients.

Yes, we can help you plan a special trip to our Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa.
