Freshly Caught Seafood

Seafood is often on the menu in our Craignure restaurant just hours after it being caught: from Scottish salmon to Isle of Mull scallops and Inverlussa mussels.  Our Scottish beef, lamb and venison are farm-assured, while our steaks are traditionally matured for a minimum of 28 days to ensure maximum flavour, tenderness and quality.
