Tipping Our Team
Most of our guests now prefer to pay via debit or credit card including a charge for great service . To make this easier we have added an automatic service charge - we’ve made it a default 10% and you can change it to any level you wish including no service charge.
Our teams have always shared service charge and this is no different - every penny you might want to give is shared equally by our teams through our “Fair Fund”. There is no administration cost or anything retained by the company, what you may give is guaranteed to go to 100% to our team.
Service charge is entirely optional, if you would like us to remove it, you need only ask.
An afternoon tea experience at Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa is the perfect treat and excuse to spend quality time together. Whether it’s for a special occasion, birthday, add-on experience to your weekend away or simply to catch-up with friends, our beautiful setting is the ideal destination.

“History tells that the 7th Duchess of Bedford was said to have complained of “having that sinking feeling” in the late afternoon and the solution for the Duchess was simple, a spot of high tea and a light snack. The love affair with afternoon tea continues to grow, as the indulgence of freshly baked warm scones, Victorian-styled finger sandwiches and chocolate brownies never fades, especially at our loch side hotel.”
