Lunch is served in The Green Lady with light beaming in through the tall windows. In the evening, the chandeliers are dimmed and candles are lit for dinner service.

Guests start the day in The Green Lady with a full Scottish breakfast or a light continental choice. A light breakfast of fruits, cereals, yoghurts, toast with Scottish butter and jams, coffee and a selection of teas. Or all of the above and a menu that includes Eggs Benedict, cinnamon French toast, peat smoked salmon, Finnan haddie and our house plate of smoked back bacon, farm egg, highlander sausage, haggis, Charles Macleod Stornoway black pudding and a grilled tomato. The vegetarian house plate has vegetarian sausage.

North-East Scotland offers the pick of Scotland’s larder, such as Aberdeenshire beef, Inverurie lamb, wild halibut and Loch Etive trout. We work with local farms, suppliers and artisan producers as much as we can to bring together the best of the area and the season in creative dishes for our menus.
