Offer is subject to availability and price based on two people sharing a double or twin room.

Mandatory Pre-Payment for Treatments: Full pre-payment is required ahead of all spa treatments and spa days. Following your online enquiry or booking request, our spa team will contact you directly via phone to securely process your full pre-payment manually via our PDQ system. Bookings are not confirmed until this payment is complete.

Thermal Experience Key Fob Policy: Upon arrival at the spa, you will be issued with a key fob to access the thermal experience facilities, where applicable. A pre-authorisation of £20 will be required when the key fob is issued. This amount is not charged and will be released once the key fob is returned to the spa reception upon your departure.
