Nairn's award-winning beaches are on our doorstep and all our rooms are dog friendly and well behaved dogs are most welcome with us in public areas providing food service areas are avoided.
In order to clean up the extra dog hairs left behind by your furry friend we charge an additional £20 per dog, per evening.
Guide and assistance dogs are welcome free of charge and can go anywhere they like - except the pool or hot tub! Tell us when you want to dine and we will make sure you get a table position that gives your guide or assistance dog space to lie down, plus a complimentary bowl of the finest Scottish water.
We ask that you keep your humans on a lead while in public areas
We have a dedicated dining area for you in the bar when you and your humans get hungry.
Not eating but want to relax? Join us in the Drawing Room.
If you need a lie-down, we ask that you keep your humans on the furniture and you take prime position by the fires or our dog beds.
Keep the barks down.
Nairn offers many possibilities for walking your dog.
Nairn beach and promenade are accessed from our grounds and from there you can walk on miles of sand, or stroll along to the harbour or into the town centre of Nairn itself. Further afield, there are coastal forests and walks, as well as hills to explore further inland. Something for all shapes and sizes of dogs, and owners.

Almost, our Nairn hotel welcomes your well-behaved dogs in our guest bedrooms, reception area, lounge and grounds of our hotel. All we ask is that could you please clean up after your dog for the care of all our other hotel guests.
Can I leave our dog on their own in our room?
We would not recommend this, since your dog in an unfamiliar environment, they may behave unpredictably. However, as our hotel’s public spaces are dog friendly you can instead take them with you throughout your stay.

We can not guarantee this. Whilst in our public spaces, including our grounds, we ask you to keep your dog on a leash so that all our hotel guests can enjoy the peace and serenity that our luxury hotel offers.
"We stayed at the Golf View Hotel & Spa on a Sunday evening in December and we fell immediately in love with it...Our dog was given a bag of home-made dog biscuits which she loved...Everything was spotless and of high quality. We had a room with a sea view and we couldn't have been happier...Would definitely recommend and would really like to visit again soon."
