Is the hotel accessible & DDA compliant
The hotel has a level access. One first floor guestroom has been modified and all public areas are fully accessible. Please contact the hotel for full information on the accessible guestroom.
Do you cater for guests with allergies?
We ask that when you check in or before ordering food or drink, please inform a member of our team if you have a food allergy or intolerance.
Do you have WiFi and business services?
Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel, including in all guestrooms. All guestrooms also have data ports. Fax and photocopying services are available (at a charge).
What is your cancellation policy?
Standard Cancellation Policy: 48 hours in advance of the day of arrival. With the exception of pre-paid and non-refundable bookings.

Do you have free car parking?
Free on-site car parking for up to 30 cars.
What are your check in and out times?
Check in: 3pm
Check out: 11am
Early check in and check out are available on request. A supplement may be charged at £10.00 per hour from 11am.
Do you cater for children and families?
A limited number of family rooms are available and children up to the age of 5 stay free of charge. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge.
What currency and credit cards do you accept?
The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only), and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express). The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques.
Advance payment may be made by any of the aforementioned methods or by bank transfer. Please contact the hotel finance department for details.
Do your staff accept tips?
By opting to pay a service charge you’re helping us build our “Fair Fund”. This is given back to our whole team, and is available for team members’ personal development opportunities.
What time is food served?
Breakfast is served from 7.30am til 9.30am Monday to Friday and from 8am til 10am at the weekend. Lunch is served from 12.30pm til 6pm Monday to Saturday, and until 4pm on Sundays. Dinner is served between 6.30pm and 9.00pm in the Hickory restaurant. Young diners menu is available.
Do you welcome dogs?
We are dog friendly and welcome well behaved dogs. Fresh drinking water is available on request. Dogs are welcome in the guestrooms, reception area and the grounds of the hotel and we ask that you clean up after your pet for the care of our other guests in the hotel.
Do you allow smoking?
Golf View is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and event spaces are non-smoking.
Do you cater for guests with special diets?
We try and cater for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred for unusual requirements that may require specialist items to be ordered in advance. Vegetarian options are available in the restaurant on request.
Do you cater for special occasions?
If you're celebrating during your stay, we can help make it memorable. Reception is happy to assist with arranging any of the following, to make your stay extra special – Champagne, chocolates, flowers and celebration cakes.
