Is the hotel accessible & DDA compliant?
The hotel has a level access. Public areas are all accessible. We have a lift to guest bedrooms across three floors. Restaurant, bar, private rooms and leisure club can be found on the ground floor. The original part of the building does not have lift access. Please contact the hotel for full information on accessible guestrooms and leisure club.
Do you cater for guests with allergies?
We ask that when you check in or before ordering, please inform a member of our team if you have a food allergy or intolerance.
Do you have WiFi?
Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel, including all guest bedrooms.
What is your cancellation policy?
Standard Cancellation Policy: 48 hours in advance of the day of arrival. With the exception of pre-paid and non-refundable bookings.

Do you have car parking?
Free on-site car parking for up to 60 cars. 5 disabled parking spaces.
What are your Check in and out times?
Check in: 3pm
Check out: 11am
All hotel facilities are available on the day of check in and check out.
Early check in (up to 12pm) and late check out (up to 2pm) are available on request. A supplement may be charged at £10 per hour. Please arrange with reception.
Do you cater for children and families?
Family rooms are available and children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge. Cots and high chairs are also available free of charge.
What currency and credit cards do you accept?
The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only), and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express). The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques.
Advance payment may be made by any of the aforementioned methods or by bank transfer. Please contact the hotel finance department for details.
Do your staff accept tips?
By opting to pay a service charge you’re helping us build our “Fair Fund”. This is given back to our whole team, and is available for team members’ personal development opportunities.
What time is food served?
Dinner is served between 6.00pm and 9.00pm in Cladach Mòr bistro. The hotel serves light bites from 9.00am to 9.00pm and offers 24 hour room service. Young diner’s menus are available on request.
Do you welcome dogs?
We are dog friendly and welcome well behaved dogs at Loch Fyne hotel & Spa, fresh drinking water is available on request. Dogs are welcome in all guestrooms, reception area, Loch View lounge bar and the grounds of the hotel. We ask that you clean up after your pet for the care of our other guests in the hotel.
Do you allow smoking?
Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and event spaces are non-smoking.
Do you cater for guests with special diets?
We try and cater for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred for unusual requirements that may require specialist items to be ordered in advance. Vegetarian and gluten free options are available in the restaurant on request.

If you're celebrating during your stay, we can help make it memorable. The hotel will be happy to assist with arranging any of the following to make your stay extra special - Champagne, chocolates, flowers and celebration cakes.
