Is Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa accessible & DDA compliant?

Our Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa has an access level. Our hotel has a lift to guest bedrooms across three floors and all our public areas are accessible. The Cladach Mòr Bistro restaurant, Loch View bar, private rooms and leisure club facilities can be found on the ground floor. The original part of the building does not have lift access. Please call us on 01499 302980 for further information regarding our hotel’s accessibility.

Does Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa cater for guests with allergies?

We offer all our guests free WiFi throughout the entire hotel, including all guestrooms.

What is your hotel's cancellation policy?

At Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa in Inveraray we operate on a Standard Cancellation Policy. All we ask is that if you are unable to make your stay, please notify us by 2pm the day before your arrival. With the exception of pre-paid and non-refundable bookings.

Does Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa have free car parking for its guests?

Yes, we offer all our guests free on-site car parking. Please note we have space for 60 cars alongside 5 disabled parking spaces, with limited electric car charging spaces. Electric car charging is part of the ChargePlace Scotland Network and is charged at 85p per kWh + a £2 connection fee.

What are the Check in and out times at Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa?

Check in: 3 pm
Check out: 11 am

Please note our guests at Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa in Inveraray are allowed to use our hotel facilities on their arrival and day of departure. The earliest we can offer check in is at 12 pm and the latest check out time is 2 pm. Please contact us in advance to request these changes.

A supplement may be charged at £10 per hour. Please call our receptionists to arrange.

Do you cater for children and families at Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa in Inveraray?

Yes, children and families are welcome to stay at our hotel. We offer family rooms and children to the age of 3 stay free. We also have cots and high chairs available free of charge. Children aged 3 to 12 are welcome at a reduced rate. Please let us know upon your booking and we can arrange this for your family.

What currency and credit cards does Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa accept?

Our Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa accepts payments made by cash (British Sterling only), and most reputable credit/debit cards including; Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International. Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa in Inveraray is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques.

Advance payments may be made by any of the aforementioned methods or via bank transfer. Please contact our hotel directly to speak to our finance department for further details.

Can staff at Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa accept tips?

Most of our Loch Fyne guests now prefer to pay via debit or credit card including a charge for great service. To make this easier we have added an automatic service charge - we’ve made it a default 10% and you can change it to any level you wish including no service charge.

Our Loch Fyne hotel team have always shared service charge and this is no different - every penny you might want to give is shared equally by our teams through our “Fair Fund”. There is no administration cost or anything retained by the company, what you may give is guaranteed to go to 100% to our team.

Service charge is entirely optional, if you would like us to remove it, you need only ask.

What time is food served in the Cladach Mòr Bistro restaurant?

In the Cladach Mòr Bistro, we serve dinner between 6 pm and 9 pm. Our hotel also serves lunch on Saturday & Sunday from 12 pm - 2 pm. Dining hours may change due to seasonality, please contact the Hotel to confirm. If you’ve got your children with you, ask for our young diner’s menus.

Is Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa in Inverary dog friendly?

Yes, we are dog friendly and welcome well behaved dogs at Loch Fyne hotel & Spa. We also offer fresh drinking water on request. Dogs are welcome in all guestrooms, reception area, Loch View lounge bar and the grounds of the hotel. We ask that you clean up after your pet for the care of our other guests in the hotel.

In order to clean up the extra dog hairs left behind by your dog we charge an additional £20 per dog, per evening.

Can you smoke in Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa?

Our Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and event spaces are non-smoking.

Do you cater for guests with special diets in the Cladach Mòr Bistro restaurant?

At Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa we try to cater for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred for unusual requirements that may require specialist ingredients to be ordered and prepared in advance.

Vegetarian and gluten free options are available in the Cladach Mòr Bistro restaurant on request. Please reference our menus for ingredients and dishes.
