One of Nairn’s best-loved hotels, Golf View Hotel & Spa, has announced a host of wellness activities for guests and locals to enjoy this World Wellbeing Week.
Health experts from the luxury hotel and surrounding area are set to hold a series of events designed to energise and invigorate visitors as part of a week-long global celebration of wellness from 26th – 30th June 2023.
Guests looking for a morning endorphin hit can get involved in a free, blood-pumping circuits session with Golf View’s in-house personal trainer, Dave McCallum on Tuesday 27th June.
Meanwhile, local yoga practitioner Jane Christopherson is set to host a special lawn yoga session later in the week (Thursday 29th), designed to reconnect visitors with nature while they take in the breath taking scenery and stunning views over the Moray Firth.
The hotel is also providing several invigorating spa treatments at a reduced cost, including 30-minute Indian Head Massages and a luxurious thermal journey experience through the Himalayan Salt Room, Experience Shower, and Stone Bath on Friday 30th.
Day guests attending the venue’s luxurious spa will also receive a complimentary smoothie throughout the week.
Carolyn Carrington, General Manager of Golf View Hotel & Spa, said: “We’re so excited to be working with some of the very best wellness practitioners in our area to provide amazing, invigorating experiences for our guests and visitors this World Wellbeing Week.
