"Joanna, Chris and the rest of the team were (and are) incredible. Nothing too much trouble. We've never been away at Christmas before and didn't know what to expect - definitely didn't disappoint. Whilst the hotel was busy and I'm sure there was loads going on behind the scenes, all the staff (particularly Joanna and Chris) always found the time to have a catch up. We've stayed at the Balmoral Arms (previously Deeside Inn) quite a few times over the past years and enjoyed many of their rooms however the River Dee premuim suite will definitely be at the top of our future room requests/bookings. Really enjoyed ourselves and the team made our Christmas just perfect. Thank you !"
