We host all travelling pups in the General Wades bedrooms & Suites and the Fisherman’s cottage Suites, with a maximum of two dogs per room. Each room is provided with a dog bed, bowl, and treat. Dogs are also welcome to dine with their owners in the Bar and relax in the Lounge. We do also ask that dogs be kept on lead while within the public areas and grounds.

In order to clean up the extra dog hairs left behind by your furry friend, we charge an additional £25 per dog, per evening.

There are 8 charging points for electric vehicles at the front of the hotel which are part of the Project EV. The Charge for this is 60p per kWh on a 22kw fast charger plus a £2 connection .

Most of our guests now prefer to pay via debit or credit card, including a service charge for excellent service. To make this easier, we have added an automatic service charge, which is set to 10% by default. You can adjust it to any level you prefer, including no service charge. Our teams have always shared service charge - every penny you might want to give is shared equally by our teams. There is no administration cost or anything retained by the company; what you may give is guaranteed to go 100% to our team. Service charge is entirely optional; if you would like us to remove it, you need only ask.

We value feedback so we can continually improve and would like to invite you to review your recent stay on TripAdvisor or Google.

Alternatively, if you have any feedback that needs immediate attention, please contact reception.
