From casual dining experiences in our Lochside Pods or Lounge Bar, private dining, events or tasting experiences, we are confident our menus will leave a loving lasting memory for your guests.

Signature dining packages have been carefully created to assist you in planning your next event. Each package includes food and beverages, and our dedicated events team can also create bespoke packages based on your vision and budget.

Our Executive Chef, Paul Tyrrell, works closely with local suppliers to source the finest, seasonal ingredients for his menus.

The Loch Experience

From £119 per person

Includes an arrival drink, three course meal, half bottle of wine per person then finishing the meal with tea, coffee and petit fours.

The Faskally Expereince

From £159 per person

Enjoy a pre-dinner drinks reception consisting of two drinks and three canapés per person on arrival, followed by a three course meal, half bottle of wine per person and finishing the meal with tea, coffee and petit fours.

The Castle Experience

From £199 per person

Enjoy a glass of Champagne on arrival, followed by a five course tasting menu with perfectly paired beverages for each course. Tea, coffee and handmade chocolates to finish the meal.

Our Loch View Pods offer up a dining experience with immaculate views, which will have you savouring every moment. All experiences are based on six guests, should your number differ, a bespoke quote will be provided.

All of our experiences are based on three-hours hire. Dining options are served from our 1892 on the Loch menu. Please advise us at the time of booking of any dietary requirements. All experiences are welcome to non-residential guests
