Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking, please contact us on 01631 564395 to make payment. A member of our team may reach out to you to retrieve payment if you have not contacted us, if payment is not received within 48 hours, your booking may be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for amendment or cancellation of appointments after which your booking becomes 100% non-refundable. As payment is made at the time of booking, should you cancel within our cancellation policy, a full refund will be given.

Medical Consultation: If you are currently pregnant, or have any allergens or medical conditions, please let us know in advance. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter the Thermal Experience and we do not recommend use for any guest who is pregnant.
