“We stayed at the Balmoral Arms on their Christmas 2022 package and treated ourselves to one of the new suites. Worth every penny, a great room with lots of space and it was immaculately clean. Bed one of the best we've ever slept in. The service was top-notch - relaxed yet attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The management team are very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We're regular visitors to the Balmoral Arms but this was our first Christmas there. I doubt it'll be the last! Thanks to the hard-working staff team who made it special and hope you all get to enjoy some downtime after Hogmanay.”
