Mull is easy to get to from the busy bay of Oban, which is unofficially known as the ‘gateway to the isles’. This west coast seaside town is filled with shops, restaurants and attractions, and is the perfect starting point for your island adventure.

Our Oban Bay Hotel is a great base for your exciting Scottish escape; with ferries coming and going to the isles all day, every day. The ferry from Oban to Mull only takes around 40 minutes and arrives at Craignure, which is only a few minutes away from our Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa.

Mull is an exciting island to explore, from the impressive landscapes such as the peak of Ben More, to the historic castles and beautiful beaches, there is so much on offer. Filled with friendly locals, Tobermory is a colourful fishing town and the island’s capital, which is rich in culture and attractions. Our Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa looks out onto Duart Castle, a 13th century fortress which is perched on a rocky landscape on the edge of the isle.
