Spa Terms and Conditions

All spa days, over-night packages and treatments are subject to availability. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Spa break offers are based on two people sharing a double or twin room. All room upgrade supplements apply. Subject to availability.

Only selected treatments are available and will be detailed in the specific offers terms and conditions. Spa treatments available are at the discretion of the spa. Please call the spa team to learn more. 

 

Payment Method

A valid credit or debit card is required for guarantee only. Payment required seven days prior to arrival.

Full pre-payment is required ahead of all spa treatments and spa days. Following your online enquiry or booking request, our spa team will contact you directly via phone to securely process your full pre-payment manually via our PDQ system. Bookings are not confirmed until this payment is complete.

The management reserve the right to alter any treatment or price at any time without prior notice.

 

Medical Consultation

All guests are required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to treatments and we ask all guests to advise us of any health conditions, allergies, medications or injuries that may affect your choice of spa treatment.

Please contact your chosen spa directly if you are unsure or would like some guidance. If you do have any medical conditions which may prevent you from having a treatment, please speak to your GP prior to arrival.

 

Age Restrictions

Due to health and safety, the minimum age for treatments and use of our thermal spa experience is 16 years. Further restrictions may apply, please contact the spa directly.
