Your favourite whisky
Add an equal measure of honey and water, bring to the boil and add your rosemary, cinnamon and orange peel. Once the honey dissolves into the water, reduce to a low heat for until the consistency of syrup, then allow to cool at room temparature. You can store your syrup in the fridge for up to 6 weeks.
Stir with ice and strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with rosemary, orange twist and a cinnamon stick.
