Fresh seafood is landed daily in harbours across the area's coastline while an abundance of freshwater rivers provide superior salmon and trout.
We work with local suppliers to source seasonal soft fruits and vegetables, from the arable countryside of Aberdeenshire, and artisan products to bring our menu to life.

Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea at Thainstone House in Inverurie can be taken in The Green Lady restaurant. Set in the heart of Aberdeenshire and surrounded by 44 acres of woodland and parkland, Thainstone House is the perfect place to escape for an afternoon treat. Guests can enjoy stunning scenery all year round, whilst sipping on tea and sweet treats. On warmer days, you have the option to take your Afternoon Tea al fresco in the surrounds of the gardens and grounds.
