Our Isle of Mull restaurant menus are fuelled by an abundance of superb local ingredients which our chefs transform into our signature menus which reflect the seasons and are inspired by the waters of Mull.

Freshly Caught Seafood
Seafood is often on the menu in our Craignure restaurant just hours after it being caught: from Scottish salmon to Isle of Mull scallops and Inverlussa mussels.

Field to Fork
Alongside Smoked Trout from the Tobermory Fish Company and dishes created with ingredients from our very own garden, our menu features the highest quality Scottish beef from award-winning John Gilmour Butchers. Our steaks are traditionally matured for a minimum of 28 days to ensure maximum flavour, tenderness and quality, while lamb and venison are farm-assured.

Breakfast
Guests start the day in Òran na Mara Bistro with a full Scottish breakfast or a light continental choice. A light breakfast of tea or coffee and toasted bloomer is accompanied by a choice of yoghurt, cured meats, a selection of cheeses or pickled fish and freshly baked pastries.
Or order from the kitchen, choosing from dishes such as eggs Benedict, avocado toast or the works - a full Scottish breakfast or vegetarian option.

Tipping Our Team
Most of our guests now prefer to pay via debit or credit card and be able to include a service charge for great service. To make this easier we have added an automatic service charge - we’ve made it a default 10% which you can change to any percentage you wish, including no service charge.
Our teams have always shared service charges and this is no different - every penny you give is shared equally by our teams through our “Fair Fund”. There is no administration cost and nothing is retained by the company, 100% of what you give is guaranteed to go to our team.
Service charge is entirely optional, if you would like us to remove it, you need only ask.
