The hotel has a level access to all public areas. There are accessible guestrooms which have been modified to be disabled friendly.
We ask that when you check in or before ordering food or drink, please inform a member of our team if you have a food allergy or intolerance.
Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel, including in all guest bedrooms, and guest rooms also have data ports. Fax and photocopying services are also available (at a charge).
Standard Cancellation Policy: 48 hours in advance of the day of arrival. With the exception of pre-paid and non-refundable bookings.

Early check in and check out are available on request. A supplement may be charged at £10 per hour.
Limited number of family rooms are available and children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge.
The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only) and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express).
The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques.
Advance payment may be made by any of the aforementioned methods or by bank transfer. Please contact the hotel finance department for details.
By opting to pay a service charge you’re helping us build our “Fair Fund”. This is given back to our whole team, and is available for team members’ personal development opportunities.
Dinner is served between 6.30pm and 9.00pm in the Shellach-Na-Mara Restaurant. The hotel serves light bites from 10.00am. Young diner’s menu is available.
We are dog friendly and welcome well behaved dogs to Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa. Fresh drinking water is available on request. Dogs are welcome in the guestrooms, reception area and the grounds of the hotel and we ask that you clean up after your pet for the care of our other guests in the hotel.
Isle of Mull Hotel is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and event spaces are non-smoking.
We try and cater for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred for unusual requirements that may require specialist items to be ordered in advance. Vegetarian options are available in the restaurant on request.
If you're celebrating during your stay, we can help make it memorable. The hotel team is happy to assist with arranging any of the following, to make your stay extra special - Champagne, chocolates, flowers and celebration cakes. Just ask if you have any other requests.
