Aberdeenshire is famed for its culinary produce. From world-famous Aberdeen Angus beef and game from nearby estates to fantastic craft beers and ancient whiskies. Fresh seafood is landed daily in harbours across the area's coastline while an abundance of freshwater rivers provide superior salmon and trout.
We work with local suppliers to source seasonal soft fruits and vegetables, from the arable countryside of Aberdeenshire, and artisan products to bring our menu to life.
Our lounge service menu is available in the Club Room, Lounge and Gallery.
Lunch, daily 12:30pm - 4.30pm
Our Laird’s Room welcomes smaller parties for a private lunch or dinner. From important birthdays or anniversaries to festive gatherings, we work with you to create a hand-picked menu, bespoke table setting and room décor.

Tipping Our Team
Most of our guests now prefer to pay via debit or credit card and be able to include a service charge for great service. To make this easier we have added an automatic service charge - we’ve made it a default 10% which you can change to any percentage you wish, including no service charge.
Our teams have always shared service charges and this is no different - every penny you give is shared equally by our teams through our “Fair Fund”. There is no administration cost and nothing is retained by the company, 100% of what you give is guaranteed to go to our team.
Service charge is entirely optional, if you would like us to remove it, you need only ask.
