Our four meeting rooms change to suit your meeting or event. The Ballroom switches from daytime presentations to gala evening dinners. The vast grounds suit outdoor activities or team events, as well as corporate barbecues and picnics.

A dividing wall provides the option of one large space or two separate rooms. The Ballroom provides an impressive environment for your event, from training seminars to charity dinners.
Shades of burgundy and period furnishings add traditional detail to the Laird’s Room: an elegant private space for discussing important matters or bringing board members together for dinner.
Thainstone House is suitable for small to medium corporate groups travelling to Aberdeenshire on business. The locality of the hotel makes it excellent for commuting into Aberdeen, Aberdeen Airport and the P&J Live conference centre. Outdoor pursuits available in Aberdeenshire such as fishing, shooting and golfing are within easy reach, including Trump International Golf Course. As a group you may require private dining, or a winding down session, which our "Boys Room" is perfect for. There is a juke box and snooker table making this room ideal for a small group as pre-dinner or after dinner entertainment. Please call our events team for private group prices.
If you are looking for a location to have a more informal meeting or a place to do some work whilst you are in the area or staying with us, then we have a number of areas where you can get to work. The gallery has more quiet areas for your meeting and, of course, there are options for coffees and light business lunches. WiFi is complimentary.
Delegates find post-meeting distractions in the leisure centre, as well as the games room with its snooker table, jukebox and games console.
