Take regular breaks from Thermal Experience and stay hydrated during your time in the spa

We recommend removing jewellery before entering the spa facilities in case of damage or loss.

If you are wearing swimwear to your treatment appointment, please ensure that it is dry.

Please keep any valuables in the lockers provided.
