Please note: bookings for the Waterside Room require a minimum of 12 bedrooms directly above the function room, offered at a preferential rate of 15% off our best available rate.

A 20% deposit will be required at the time of booking which in non-refundable. The full balance for all reservations will automatically be taken 12-weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 12-weeks of arrival will require full payment at the time of booking. All deposits paid are non-refundable & non-transferable.
