It's Time for a Little Bit of Pampering

The Spa at The Daffodil offers you the chance to relax and escape from it all in true style and luxury. Our team of highly qualified therapists love nothing more than advising you which of our fabulous treatments to indulge in first and will be on hand to tailor a package bespoke to your needs should you require.

Please note, children under 16 are not permitted in our spa facilities, including the hydrotherapy pool, steam room, and sauna.

Please note that from Monday 5th October until Sunday 25th October, our hydro pool will be undergoing some maintenance and therefore will not be accessible during this time. Our steam room, sauna and other spa facilities will be operating as normal.

Hydro Pool

Our hydro pool will be different than any other you have experienced (it's nothing like a swimming pool)!

Whether you have tired legs from walking the surrounding fells or simply need some time off from the hectic lives we all lead, our thermal pool is the perfect tonic as you move from each section, allowing the water jets to target different areas of the body.

Access to the facilities is complimentary to all guests staying at The Daffodil.

Tepidarium

At the Spa at The Daffodil, we are great believers in a bit of ‘you’ time, so unwind for an hour or two in our Tepidarium.

Let tepid air induce your relaxation and comfort prior to or post therapy, we don’t even mind if you just fancy a quick snooze. Please note this is only available for guests booking treatments.

Sauna & Steam Room

Whether you prefer the earthy aromas of the sauna or the revitalising atmosphere of our steam room, indulge in them both at our Spa.

It is large enough to accommodate you and your friends, but not so small that you can’t glow in peace.

For added convenience, SUP to You arranges delivery and collection of all equipment directly from Daffodil Hotel, making it easy to get out on the water and start your adventure. Perfect for individuals, couples, and families looking to make the most of the Lake District's natural beauty.
