Eligibility
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- Entrants may nominate themselves or another couple whom they believe deserves to win a wedding.
Wedding Day Package
- Venue hire for up to 65 guests
- Additional guests may be added at £125 per person
- A glass of prosecco per guest for toasts
- Set 1/1/1 wedding menu (starter, main, dessert)
- Final menu to be created and approved by the venue’s Head Chef
- Half a bottle of wine per person served with dinner
- Evening snacks
- Junior Suite for one night for the winning couple
Accommodation Requirement
- 12 rooms must be booked by the couple’s guests for the wedding to take place.
- Room rate: £150 B&B per person. (Minimum of 2 occupants per room). The discounted rate applies only to the designated rooms above the event space.
- Bookings must be made via events@daffodilhotel.com.
- Payment is required upon booking and is non-refundable.

- Additional drinks not specified above
- Décor, entertainment, flowers, photography, cake, or any extras not explicitly listed
- Registrar or celebrant fees
Wedding Date & Availability
- The wedding must take place before 1 April 2027.
- Saturday weddings are excluded and cannot be booked as part of this prize.
- All dates are subject to Venue availability.
- The prize must be confirmed and booked directly with the Venue.
Winner Selection
- The winner will be chosen based on the merit of the nomination, as judged by a panel appointed by the Venue.
- The judging panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be contacted using the details provided on entry. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
Photography & Content Rights
- By entering the competition and accepting the prize, the winning couple agrees that The Daffodil Hotel & Spa has full rights to use any photos taken on the wedding day for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.
- The couple agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity or promotional activity requested by the Venue.
Changes & Substitutions
- The Promoter and Venue reserve the right to substitute elements of the prize with items of equal or greater value if necessary.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition due to circumstances beyond its control.
Liability
- The Venue accept no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or damage incurred as part of the prize.
- The winning couple is responsible for all additional costs not included in the prize.
Acceptance of Terms
- Entry into the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
