Access to the Wilderness Deck is restricted to guests aged 16 and over. Spa access is provided in 2-hour sessions, accommodating up to 12 guests at a time; therefore, pre-booking is strongly advised.
Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the swimming pool. Access to the spa, treatments, and spa packages is exclusively available to individuals aged 16 and over.
Please note, a 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
