Temporary Closure Notice – Update We are currently working towards a provisional reopening date of 30th March. However, as the gas works are ongoing, this date remains under review and is being assessed on a weekly basis. We will continue to keep all guests with bookings updated and will share any confirmed information as soon as it becomes available. If you have an existing booking, rest assured that we will contact you directly should there be any changes that may affect your stay. For our Leisure Members, our team will be in touch with you. Temporary Closure Notice, Thainstone House Hotel Due to an issue affecting the gas mains supply to Thainstone House, the hotel’s gas supply has been switched off as a precautionary safety measure. As a result, the hotel will be temporarily closed while the matter is being resolved. Engineers are currently working to address the situation. During this time, essential gas-powered services, including hot water, heating and hot food service, are unavailable, making it necessary to suspend all hotel operations until full services can be safely restored. All guests with existing bookings are being contacted directly. Our team is on hand to offer support, help make alternative arrangements where needed and give regular updates as more information becomes available. We apologise for the disruption caused and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
