We are a boutique Health Club designed for modern lifestyles. We offer a welcoming space for those who want to prioritise wellbeing in a relaxed environment.
The newly upgraded facility, due to fully open in April 2026, will feature approximately 30 new pieces of state-of-the-art equipment, carefully selected to support all areas of fitness. The refreshed space delivers a balanced mix of cardio, strength and functional training equipment, with a significant expansion and upgrade to the strength and free-weights area to meet growing member demand.
In addition to the gym floor transformation, the refurbishment includes a refreshed reception area with upgraded amenities, creating a more welcoming and comfortable environment from the moment members arrive.
The gym also continues to offer a diverse timetable of fitness classes, catering to a wide range of goals and abilities, alongside the existing 13 metre swimming pool and outdoor thermal experiences.

Opening in April 2026, our new fitness facility will showcase 30 state of the art machines, thoughtfully chosen to support every aspect of fitness. The redesigned space offers a well-rounded selection of cardio, strength, and functional training equipment, highlighted by a significant expansion and upgrade of the strength and free-weights area.
Membership Fees
- Single membership: £60 per month
- Joint membership: £110 per month
- Family membership: £150 per month
- Offshore membership: £360 per annum

HOT TUB HIRE
Monday – Thursday: £40.00 for up to 6 people
Friday – Sunday: £50.00 for up to 6 people
Please note bookings must be made in advance. The pool must be vacated 30 minutes before closing.
We host weekly swimming lessons; however, we reserve half of the pool for guest use. These lessons occur at the following times:
Tuesday, Wednesday – 4 PM - 7 PM
Friday – 10.30 AM - 2 PM & 4 PM - 7 PM
Saturday – 10 AM - 1 PM.
Aqua Zumba:
Every Monday
10.30 AM - 11.15 AM
11.30 AM-12.15 PM
