When is check in and check out for mid-week breaks?
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. If you are likely to arrive after 9pm, please contact your chosen hotel. Early check in and check out can be available on request with a supplementary charge.
If we arrive early, will you store our luggage?
Yes, our reception team will put your luggage in a safe space until your room is ready.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly advise you to refer to the policies of your chosen rate for terms and conditions as they vary per rate.
Is there car parking available at all hotels?
There are dedicated parking facilities at Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa, Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa, Glencoe Inn, Golf View Hotel & Spa and Thainstone House. If you are staying at Oban Bay Hotel, there are limited spaces at the front of the hotel, however there is plenty of onstreet parking and a car park close by that we can direct you to. If you are staying at Balmoral Arms, onstreet parking is available in front of the property.
What time is breakfast served during the week?
Breakfast is usually served from 7am - 10am however, we kindly advise you to check with your chosen hotel as times may vary between hotels.
Will I need to book a table if I’m a guest at the hotel?
We advise all our guests to contact their chosen hotel to book reservations for their stays.

Yes, we kindly advise you to contact your chosen hotel to check availability and to book into our spa & leisure facilities during your stay.
Can we bring our dog with us on our midweek break?
Yes, we welcome all dogs to our hotels & inns across Scotland. Please note, there is a supplementary £20 charge per dog, per night.
